How we rank

Every entry gets evidence points from 0 to 100, built from four signals: reviews (public rating × volume), credentials (licences, accreditation, certifications, awards), track record (years operating and scale) and transparency (what a reader can check: evidence links, website, address, map pin, published hours or prices). The weights differ by section. Entries we could not fully verify lose 5 points. No business, developer, agency or hospital can pay to change its score or rank.

How each signal is measured

Category score

Evidence points are shown in full on every profile. The number on ranking lists is a category score: evidence points rescaled against the leader in that category, so the #1 entry in each category shows 99.

Category score = 60 + 39 × (entry's evidence points ÷ category leader's evidence points)1.5, rounded and capped at 99.

Ranking order always follows evidence points. An entry listed in several categories can have a different category score in each.

Healthcare

Healthcare pages show rank order and a “what we checked” list, never a number, and never prices, review text, before-and-after images or outcome claims. We list facilities only, not individual practitioners. Credentials carry 40% of the weight: DOH licence and level, PhilHealth accreditation, JCI or ISO accreditation.

Properties

Only completed projects are ranked. Pre-selling launches are listed separately and unranked until residents have rated them.
