Privacy notice

This notice explains how Best Philippines processes personal data under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission.

What we collect

When you send a message, a feature request or a correction, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, business name and the content of your message. We also collect anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics 4).

Why

To reply to you, to check and publish a listing you suggested, and to improve the site. We never send health details to analytics, and we ask you not to include medical information in any form.

Who we share it with

Our form processor (Formspree, United States) and analytics provider (Google) process data on our behalf, which involves a transfer outside the Philippines. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access, correct, object to processing, request erasure or blocking, and obtain a copy of your data. Send requests through the contact form with the topic “Data privacy request”; we reply within 15 working days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
